Canada Visa for Bangladeshi Required Documents

• Passport
  ➤ Original passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended departure date.
  ➤ Minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  ➤ Photocopy of all previous passports and visas issued.
  ➤ Attach all old passports (if any).
  ➤ If any visa has been refused, include the original refusal letter issued by the respective country.
• Canada Visa Application Form
  ➤ Fully filled and signed by the applicant.
• Photographs
  ➤ Two recent passport-sized photos. ➤ Size: 35mm x 45mm ➤ Matt or semi-matt finish, white background, no borders. ➤ 60–80% face coverage. ➤ Must not be older than 3 months. ➤ Do not reuse photos used in previous visas. ➤ No scanning or stapling.
• Covering Letter
  ➤ From the applicant (mentioning name, designation, passport number, travel purpose, and who is bearing the expenses).
  ➤ Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Canada, Dhaka
• Invitation Letter
  ➤ From the Canadian host (if applicable).
• Forwarding Letter
  a) From company (on letterhead) stating applicant’s details, purpose, and duration of travel.
  b) Students: Letter from institution or student card/enrollment evidence.
• Proof of Occupation
  a) For business owners / first-time travelers:
  Company registration certificate (English translated + notarized + photocopy).
  b) Office ID card copy & visiting card.
• Financial Documents
  a) Bank Statement – last 6 months (personal or company). Must include bank name and telephone number.
  b) Salary slips for the last 6 months (if applicable).
• Airline & Hotel Booking
  ➤ Return flight itinerary
  ➤ Hotel reservation for the full duration of stay
